Hi, I was trying to post some ebooks but was unable to create any new topics. Can any one guide me in the proper direction?

This is a common error when people first post. They try to post a new release directly in the category it should go. ALL new posts go in "New Releases" first, then a Moderator checks the post and then places it in the right category. Think of "New Releases" as a "central clearinghouse" for all new posts.
