The ebook I'm looking for can easily be found on other file-sharing media. However, the quality of the epub obtained from other file-shearing media is atrocious. I want to look for a better quality version on Mobilism. If I am making an ebook request on Mobolism, am I allowed to specify a quality for an epub?

I don't want to make a request, only to find out that all the fulfillers are giving me the same bad quality epub that caused me to make the request in the first place. The epub quality is legitimately bad: horrible OCR with strange symbols, pages full of strange symbols, typos in every other paragraph, missing images, missing tables, illegible paragraphs, etc.

Sounds like a direct convert from pdf to epub. I think you can specify quality. I've done that several times.
