Hey I'm new here and I need a litte help...
I've searched some guideline topics but none seemed to have the information I need. I want to make a eBook request, from what I read I need to be a PPC Warez member or something like that to do it so that I can pay the request fulfiller. But the thing is I dont even know how to register....
So if anyone could please give me a hand, I'm really clueless of how to do things around here.

You're already registered with the site. All you need to do now is go here: viewforum.php?f=72

look on the left side of the page and click on the "new topic" button.

Each section has a new topic button, for books and software releases, or just to add a topic to the forum you're visiting
