It's personal discretion but the minimum is 10 WRZ$. Typically its standard to offer more for multiple books in a request. I'd recommend you add a few more to your bank first because if it's multiple books the rate is 10 per book as well.

The minimum is 10 WRZ$ PER BOOK, irregardless of the number of books requested. Sometimes, a higher reward will get a faster response, but it is not something that can or should be counted upon.
