ok, not really funny my pic, it is serious... but when i transfer data via WLAN to my PPC and charge it in this time (coz with heavy WLAN traffic the battery get's empty very fast) both, the WLAN and the charging heats up the PPC very very much... the device is almost burning... i think feels like 70 C°... but the problem is, that it doesn't charge when it is so hot.. but i need the power... so my small trick for you (Real photo of my PPC): a freezer pack near the battery:



But don't use a too cold freezer, the battery may get demaged when it is too cold....
