Nope.
Other trick i went with -> i count the calories on everything. And stop when i reach my maximum per day. You lose weight over time if you work out normally and dont overendulge. Doesn't sound like a good trick but i lost like 10pounds in 6months.
Talk about anything here as long as it is not against the rules. Post count not affected.

IMO, no. I've lost about 40 lbs so far this year and calorie deficit is the thing. Figure out your "trigger" foods and find a way that you can make healthier swaps to eat those things, ie if you like a burger, make one with super lean meat and keto bread. Some medications like phentermine can also give you a running start with weight loss, but you have to speak to your doctor about that.

This. Because our muscles are made of protein, our diet should consist primarily of it, in combination with carbos and fat (both in lower proportions compared to that).

i don't know if its work for me...such methods have never worked for me and I always have to work hard for such a result, so now I am going through a challenge (https://betterme.world/articles/30-day-fat-burner-challenge/) and I think it is better than hypnosis, I do not really believe in such things
