What would you do if money was no object?

I would travel the world, kiss a boy and eat a meal in every city. What about you?

A hundred million would be more than enough for what you're suggesting. A gazillion billion would just create inflation and destabilize the monetary system, for which you would be blamed and killed by angry mob, that is if they get to you before assassins interested in your money. ;)

Maybe you should change the rules of this topic? A gazillion billion is kinda excessive...

It's all right there in the illustrated handbook for the beginner evil overlord.

Step 1 - destabilize economy.

Step 2 - establish minions in key positions.

But it never mentions the mobs or assassins. Hmmm. You think they're trying to weed out the dumb ones?

One hundred million would still be more than enough for me. I think if I shopped 10 times a day, $200 a trip or just spend $2000 a day - and I lived 70 more years I'd have only spent 51 million euros. What I'm shamed to say if I had infinite money is what many else have said. I'd buy time.

I think a gazillion billion euros is what a star in the sky is worth. Just chose your star and voila - you are a gazillion billionaire

Amen. To not losing your soul, I mean. I don't want more time. I'd sell mine if I could.

Like the little prince from the story? It's one of my all time favorite books.

Draw me a sheep!

If somebody wants a sheep, that is a proof that one exists.

Good point.

Money has worth because we agree that it is valuable. Like gold and diamonds and other treasures, which are only treasures because we, the human race, agree that it is worth something. If tomorrow we all agree that money is worthless, there will be no money in the world.

I remember reading a Roman historian who said the Gauls were too stupid to value silver, because whenever the historian visited the tribe, they were eating off silver plates and drinking from silver cups. If those Gauls were anything like my family, I thought, then they were doing it on purpose to mess with his head.
