Hi heartbreaker,

I have laptop installed windows 8. i have a lan network. the laptop has both wan and lan. I can't access internet when TCP/IP configuration is set to automatic. i will have to enter the ip addresses in order to access internet.

On another side, i have ipad mini wifi only. its jailbroken.
The question is, i wanna use my LAN CONNECTION into my ipad. i wanna to access internet to my laptop using ipad mini wifi.

I followed some tutorials. i set up an ad havok network in windows 8. The wifi adapter for wireless(adhavoc network) is there in my control panel. i therefore connected ipad to my laptop. it asked me password and i entered the details.

The question is that, The ADHOCNETWORK IS JUST loading. its not connecting it to laptop.

Is there some other things missing?

Okay guys,

I suddenly installed COnnectifyMe application in the laptop and it did everything on its own. I then tried to connected it to ipad. I can see the name and password. I did entered everthing. The connection bar is displayed in the screen of ipad. its connected but can't recieve internet.

Okay. in that case, i tried to access the ADHACnetwork in my phone. samsung galaxy...i can't believe i got internet in my phone but can't receive internet in ipad.

Problem is pad. its jailbroken. but why?

everything is working perfectly in the phone but not ipad?

I think something might prevent in pad?

Anythoughts?
