Their second point is moot. We are not doing anything wrong on this site, technically. We are just providing links to other sites that host pirated stuff. It isn't illegal. They can only cause problems for us if we are directly hosting the files. We're safe baby!

i dnt think it's 4shared who deletes. i think it's because the files were reported hence the deletion.
