Who knows, maybe they're really good people.

Loosing that much weight would leave scarring all over the body, which would require lots of surgery.
Not to mention RNY gastric bypass surgery for stomach reduction.

Too much pain to go through IMO, some people are just too unlucky in life.

@xvi - No I'm not kidding. Anyone can see she's just fat. It's impossible to judge what she really looks like. The main problem is the hair.

@elfahd - I witnessed someone loose that much and more. He was unrecognisable! It was amazing. After, the only problem like you said was for the stomach. (It folded straight down almost to his feet). But for the rest - face, neck ,arms it was all perfect. He looked completely normal. They used him as a before/after model for a slimming company.

I believe loosing that much weight must be one of the hardest things in the world. Even more than quitting drugs or smoking.
The gastric surgery is used for someone who can't do it themselves (stop eating). It has nothing to do with scarring.

Speaking of which. You'd be surprised what people look like without their makeup.

I've been around "beautiful" women. In the morning just after bed and before makeup you would never guess they were the same person from the night before. (For the worse, I'm afraid)
