What the point in doing liposuction and keep on eating - you have to eliminate the source, right?
Unless of course you mean that she looses 150 pounds by herself, which is near to impossible (Obesity runs in her genes, remember?)

You said RNY gastric bypass surgery. That is when they make your stomach smaller and bypass a large part of your intestine. So you can't eat allot and what you do eat is not fully digested. It is for people who can't stop eating and this way the are forced to eat less.

Anyone CAN stop eating if they just DO it. It has nothing to do with genes. It is will power. You mean to tell me if they stuck you in a concentration camp you wouldn't get thin because of your genes ?!?

Anyway, now you are talking about liposuction. That is for removing surface fat under the skin, like cellulite. It doesn't make fat people thin. It makes your skin look smooth (no "orange peel" effect). They cut you open and put a vacuum cleaner under your skin. Horrible.

funniest thing ever but i feel sorry for her. when i was a kid we used to tease this girl in our class. thinking back we were so cruel, she must've been depressed etc. now i'm older & wiser & wouldn't want my kids to be teased/bullied for their physical appearance or to bully other kids.
