It's working, I've filled the survey for you.

Survey Complete. It would be nice to be able to see how many participated in your survey.

If I'm not wrong you want to know how many people has filled the survey. The answer is at the last page with results. "Respondent's ID" is showing the number.
Only I have access to data base.

Are you aware that this url http://www.ursus2400.cba.pl/results.php links to last result? So it's possibly to catch all the results, just theoretically? I filled it for you, though.

It occurred to me that the results of this survey could be slightly biased if the main contribution to it was from this site!
