I saw many bad things about your country in a "Slumdog Millionaire" movie,but I personally think India is not that bad.
what is your opinion?

Slumdog Millionaire portrays the rural side of India which in my opinion is one of India's Shortcomings if we as a country can get over this little bit then we will become one of Earths Leading Nations.

Right now the Opportunities in every sector of the Indian Economy is every high and very bright that is one of the reasons that almost every Company in the world wants to Open up something of its own in India basically because the quality of education in India is very good the IIT's (ie Indian Institute of Technology) is one of the best group of Colleges in the world more than 5 lakh students give this exam from world over. recently the Chinese President came to India to see the IIT's so that they could copy its Curriculum etc.

Indian's are spread world over People just dont know it

Check these Stats
12% scientists and 38% doctors in the US are Indians
NASA - 36% or almost 4 out of 10 scientists are Indians
34% employees at Microsoft, 28% at IBM, 17% at Intel and 13% at Xerox are Indians.
20% of gold in the world is used by Indians and nine out of 10 diamonds used in the world are made in India.

these stats were printed in an US newspaper (dont remember which name) and was reproduced in India by "The Times of India" (another newpaper)

India is the place where Maths and Astronomy evolved (a scientist named Aryabhatta invented 0 (where would we be if 0 would not have been invented))

the same Scientist Aryabhatta gave the philosophy of the sun being in the center if the solar system,years before it was established by the western world.

India is a Nuclear Nation and can boast if having its own super computers
India has the 5th largest Navy and the 2nd/3rd (i am not able to confirm which) largest Army in the World

Hmm.. We can and do EAT our national animals (Emu and Kangeroo) and we also have the most dangerous snakes.spiders AND sea animals (google it) and our national hero was killed by a stingray, how crazy is that? god bless Australia!
