No,cn represent China.I think they are trying to find something useful in one's email inbox.Maybe a careless man forgot to delete an email containing his account and password,so it's dangerous.

Look at the sender. Just as Tipra said, it's a spoof mail. [email protected] what could be more dodgy?
Also if you found this in the Junk folder, then there's no doubt it's fake.
