O.k. I know many young users here, they don't have cars, but a few older ones have one (or more).

Share pics of your car, because they are a piece of our heart and we use our PDA to make easier to get from A to B.

Here we go...:

same here... I've bought it in 2007, but my car is one year older. Built in 1998. I work a lot abroad and sometimes it's easier to fly to that country. A few weeks ago he just turned the 100.000 kms

Well, I own a 1987 VW Golf II... It's pretty rusty, doesn't look fine or cool like my friends cars but...
It has a 1.8 GTI 114HP engine from a different vehicle. It looks like a piece of rusty shit, but it can out-drive many cars due to weight-power proportions. And I paid for it like for a bicycle... :D

Well since I got my driving license at the age of 24 I've only owned a few cars. Sorry but I don't have any pictures at the moment so I got some from google of the exact same ones :D

My first one was a Mitsubishi Lancer '93 1.3 70hp which I named "Christine":
Image

It was my fathers car so it had sentimental value to me. When I got it, It had kept running for about 14 years and way more than 800.000 kilometers without any problems at all. For the past two years I literally drove it to the limit. It never let me down. However due to it's age I was forced to pay more than 700 euros per year to insurance, tax and "environmental-friendly taxes". So I decided to go for something newer, cheaper to keep, and more city-friendly.

In the meantime I drove a Mitsubishi Lancer 2008 1.5 110hp:

My mother's car, fast, safe and comfy. I would have gotten one myself but it's price, even used, was way above my budget.

So now my current one is a Mitsubishi Colt (Mirage in the US) '95 1.3 95hp:
Image

I know it's kinda ugly. However its compact, fast enough for a supermini, and perfect for a city car. Also it has the best kilometer per liter ratio I've ever seen: afull tank costs about 50 euros and lasts for about 600-700 kilometers.

Yeah I love Mitsubishi 8)
