My share has already over 22.000 discs when you unrar them, i think you calculation is a bit wrong maze . Also if you look on google what tosec includes you know why its so high (demo's and other crap we dont need).

Just a missing zero. 100'000 discs.
Some demos are really cool, the best I remember is the thunderstruck.mod (AC/DC - Thunderstruck as a mod file). And the rastaman was in a few demos. And Wildcopper was a funny demo, too.

Wrong.

Amiga disks could store 880Kb.
PC disks back then (3.5" not 5.25") could hold 720Kb.

ALL Amiga games are in 880Kb disks (except the few that are on CD).

Only later (I think when A4000 came) we got HD disks which where 1.74MB (still larger than the PC 1.44MB disks that are still the standard if we talk about floppies).

Amiga was 10 years in front... and stayed like that for... years. Then Commodore made sh*tty decisions and the rest is history.

In fact TOSEC holds just about everything they can find and classify. Alternative versions, different cracks and of course APPLICATIONS.
Different cracks means that you probably can find the specific crack you had back then (remember the GREAT crack intros) and live a more complete nostalgia.

Also, I have my AMIGA memories not just with games, but also unbelievable applications. What was AMIGA without Deluxe Paint? SCALA? Aegis Animator? Aegis Sonix? Calligari 3D? Phantavision? C64 Emulator? (which I used to IN TURN run a Spectrum BASIC emulator!... in fact a couple of years ago I have tried the same with WinUAE so had 3 emulators running one inside the other). Soundtracker? OctaMED? Deluxe Video? AMOS? Anyway. The list is endless.

TOSEC is crap exactly because you were 4 years old back then (I think I was 12). ;) You'd never appreciate the true potential of AMIGA since you were so young. It was just a nice game machine for you. ;) No offense.

oh yes. 880kb per disk. I remember. PCs had 720k disks.

Great Applications, maybe the best and most used was x-copy. And ActionReplay expansion card.
Deluxe paint and protracker have been cool, too.

If there is any game missing from the pack in the first post then use this site to add them, so far i am checking all the roms and found a few disk(s) that are not posted in post 1. I will update post 1 as soon as i checked them all.......and that will take a while though

PS: That site does not have Cannon Fodder Amiga Format Christmas Special Edition, so here it is.

I doubt TOSEC got the ROMs from a single place.

Anyway, let us know.

Believe me, the site i found has more stuff then tosec. Do you really think tosec has all those disc's and uploaded it all by him self ? The site i am on now has alot gb of stuff (much much much more then post 1) (Games, Demos, Unofficial games, Applications etc).

Anyway i don't see a reason to give the site next week, i hope i get my collection complete by that time.

Zophar is well known. Not much of a discovery. ;)

I wouldn't say it has more than TOSEC.
I think it has TOSEC (which is not so hard, as I have all Amiga related TOSEC myself too).

Anyway I like the work you are trying to do, congratulations, just don't try to belittle other works that are built for years before your own attempt.

Never saw that site before, anyway do you know how to run Cannon Fodder (CD32 Game) in winuae ? i use CD32 settings + the required rom (3.1) but the game doesnt boot. I also tried in workbench 3.x and also doesnt start, i only see a black screen. I got the normal .ADF files working (like i did in the past) but those iso's are unknown to me :(.

Edit: Got CD32 working.

WinUAE 2.0.2 beta series

http://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuae_2020b1.zip

Beta 1:

- prowizard is now in static link library (no functional changes)
- update HDIW=0 or 1 OCS Denise feature, after more research (thanks to yaqube for finding real technical reason), OCS Denise hdiw counter does not reset from last line of previous field to line 9 causing "random" positions to match both start and end of hdiw, including normally unavailable positions. This was fixed in ECS Denise.
- sometimes cpu frequency was reset to 1000000, now it resets to default
- set "A500 speed" automatically when switching to cycle exact on the fly
- renamed "Match A500 speed" to "Approximate A500 or cycle-exact A500/A1200"
- fixed rare sprite bug introduced in 2.0.0
- DF3 on screen led reused as internal nvram read/write led in CD32/CDTV modes
- filter presets were broken
- replace possible illegal (not in Amiga charset) characters in directory filesystem volume and device names, truncate to 30 characters if longer
- fixed random Direct3D filter garbage when on screen leds enabled and sometimes even when osd was disabled
- changed filesystem thread priority back to highest (+2), same as before 2.0, it seems +1 isn't enough in all systems (slow fs performance when main thread is using all CPU time)
- removed broken URLs in about panel
- fullscreen and windowed file dialogs have separate position and size settings (Vista and newer only)
- attempt to center file dialogs in fullscreen mode (XP only)
- caps lock key supported in key mappings, toggle should be usually enabled if you are mapping host non-caps lock key to Amiga caps lock
- hardcoded keys (pause, scroll lock etc..) automatically disable hardcoded mapping if it is mapped in input panel (END + mappings are not disabled)
- num lock or scroll lock mapped to amiga caps lock -> follow led state (just like host caps lock key mapped to amiga caps lock key)
- filesystem charset conversion fallbacks added, ISO-8859-15 -> ISO-8859-1 -> windows-1252 -> current Windows codepage (not all XP installations have all charsets installed by default, last 2 can have problems with national characters but it is better than nothing)
- closing GUI debugger window won't close the emulator anymore
- rar unpack crash fix

Jan 9th, 2010, 12:32 pm
Beta 2:

- ioctl cd drive detection corrupted memory if more than 8 drives found
- removed remains of old and wrong OCS Denise "bug" emulation
- 2.0.1 OCS Denise update diw counting bug fixed (Stardust map selector)
- eat relative mouse movements while mouse driver mode is active
- "blitter active while saving state" compatibility updates
- fixed buffer underflow in sprite code if sprite was really far and hidden in left border, it overwrote part of dual playfield priority tables causing weird effects in dpf modes (Shadow Fighter AGA)
- removed some code duplication from dpf mode genlinetoscr.c
- prowizard promizer18a update (Asle)
- CD32 pad emulation improved, CD32 Roadkill "non-standard" way of reading buttons works now
- do not scan files in floppy history at startup (=scan and add possible disk images inside archives)
