hi can anybody help everytime I go to get a file from hg it says wrong ip, used my phone galaxy s4,and laptop. using all diferent web browsers and still the same. thank you

I have the same issue as well.

I get it at my son's house in another state, but it works fine at home. Same computer, same browser, other than guessing that it doesn't like some ISP's I don't have a clue.

Check that your browser is set to download the desktop page version and not the mobile page. The pages seem to behave differently. In my case the Captcha did not work in mobile setting but was just fine when I set the browser for desktop.
