Premium not working on the following, all of which were posted 2 Oct. I eventually downloaded after repeated attempts thru the 'malware risky' links

Download times with Premium so extremely slow that it is impossible to download an audio book. Over two hours estimated download time for one audio book. What is wrong?

Looking into this. Edit: this has resolved on its own, seems to have been network issues somewhere.

Sorry to be a bother but I am not able to download any premium links. Says my account has expired but that should not happen until next year?

Could you have entered the wrong login/have a second account in the Premium system? I checked your account and it has an active subscription.

Same with me. It says wrong password when I want to download premium. I changed it to have both passwords same but it doesn`t work

I want to express my gratitude for finally fixing the multiple login problem with premium It's been working flawlessly since the fix!

Are you being prompted to enter a password and then getting the password incorrect error? Or is it simply telling you your password is incorrect without promoting you to enter one?

If you're not being prompted to enter a password, clear your browser's cookies, and you will then be prompted to enter it again.

If you're entering a login and it's telling you it's the wrong one, you're either really entering the wrong one, or you included a forbidden character in your password. As mentioned in the menu for changing your Premium password, "do not use #, & or % in password".

If you'd like me to reset your password let me know.

Rapidgator is having a "limit reached" message for the premium system - too many terabytes over the last period of time, which I assume is at the group level, since it's more terabytes than I even own capacity to store! The userupload link (while slightly a pain) still works.

This will be fixed shortly, and yea it's for one of our Rapidgator accounts as a whole.

Depends how soon our Bitcoin transaction to Rapidgator clears, but shouldn't be long now.
