Beware of the Milan v Shakhtar match. Do not overlook it. they acquired an extremely skilled foward from Olympiakos of Greece named Nery Castillo. If you overlook him, he will make you pay. I think they will surprise many people in this tourny, maybe not advance, but their play will turn heads.

No team is bad in the Champions League. Shakhtar has Lucarelli a great striker. Benfica is a historic team and Celtic is also hard

wrong topic for this.

But, back to the topic, AC Milan definitely has a great chance of wining the cup, but they have to go through great teams from other countries, like Barcelona and Stuttgart just to name two. It will be a great Champions league, that is for sure! :)

You are right. This nobody gave Milan a chance and we have won the cup. I hope alos for this year

He missed the penalty but got the rebound and headed it in!
There is a saying, "Luck always seems to find great teams!", but i think it should be, "Great teams make their won luck"
Kaka took advantage of a fortunate situation and capitalized.

That is such a good team, they have four starters from the brazilian national team, several key players from the Italian national team, and countless other outstanding stars of other nationalities.
An impressive lineup indeed!

THE SPANISH PRESS

"Milan are not only winners of the Champions League, but also one of the essential components of the formula of sports, which would be hard to comprehend without their philosophy and their history."

MADRID - Here follow the words of praise offered by the Spanish press the day after Milan's victory in the European Supercup at Montecarlo:

Marca:
"Milan have dedicated the victory to Puerta: the final will be remembered for the homage to Antonio."

As:
"It was a less painful defeat, a worthy homage to the deceased player."
"A noble Milan has won Puerta's Supercup." "Sevilla came on the pitch with anger and a great Milan side had the better of them."

El Mundo:
"Pirlo: the Leonardo of football, a player who almost always manages to find the keys to unlock the match."

El Pais:
"A noble Milan side from all points of view wins a title against an opponent overcome by tiredness and sadness." The newspaper also defines Milan "not only winners of the Champions League, but also one of the essential components of the formula of sports, which would be hard to comprehend without their philosophy and their history."
