I'd like to know what do you think about "hooligans" issue in Italy, especially the "non-italians" opinion.
As timothy's last news said, Juventus supporters cannot follow their team in San Siro. I know this is necessary after what happened last week, but, is this football?
I mean, football is a sport and it's a show for everything around the match, including fans..

Personally I am not the opinion that this is necessary, but this is ONLY my personal opinion. The fact is that there some stupid idiots, not supporters, who want only make war. Unfortunatelly a person is died by a pistol of a policeman. But i asked me why was this young man (supporter of Lazio) involved in a "war" with other "supporters".

You are right. This is not soccer. I want that it is possible to go also with the children to watch the matches, but this is not longer possible. In Italy the hooligans control the matches and not the state. :?

ALL IS READY

Milan, whch is involved on all fronts and continents, will anticipate its Christmas meeting. The organization at the Palazzo del Ghiaccio is signed by Caroline Celico, Ricky Kaka's wife.

MILAN - Last year Caroline Celico, wife of Ricardo Kaka, was the guest, along with her husband, at the Christmas Gala 2007 of Milan. This year, Mrs. Caroline and her Party Design have literally prepared the traditional Rossoneri's Christmas hangout, anticipated due to the numerous commitments which await the team before the 25th of December: on Sunday at Cagliari, Wednesday 28th of November at Lisbon, Saturday 1st of December against Juventus, on the 4th of December against Celtic at San Siro and the following day the departure towards the Narita airport at Tokyo. And on their return to Italy, on the 17th of December, it will be the eve of the derby.

Early but well-organized Christmas. Equally and with passion. Tonight, starting at 8pm, on the the ice ring of the 'Palazzo del Ghiaccio' of Via Piranesi in Milan, the Rossoneri's theme Christmas will start. On the white, which is part of the club colours of Milan, the attendance of President Silvio Berlusconi and the present of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of a night dress to the European champions and their wives.

Before the gala dinner, i will also be possible to taste a cocktail with the name of a Milan player. The cocktail Maldini was prepared from the most appreciated tastes of the Captain, just like the Inzaghi cocktail and so on for all the squad players. A surprise show will increase the rhythm of an evening where the original trophies of the Athens and Montecarlo triumphs will be present: the Champions Cup and the European Super Cup. apart from the sponsors, amongst which there is Adidas, there will also be the people who make up Milan on a daily basis: the directors, Adriano Galliani on top, the Milanello staff, the players and all employees of the club.

FIFA DAY AT MILANELLO

Twelve days from Milan's departure for the 'Fifa Club World Cup Japan 2007', at Milanello the press conference of the presentation was held. - THE DECLARATIONS OF LEONARDO, MALDINI, INZAGHI -

(ON THE PICTURE: MALDINI, LEONARDO, AND INZAGHI DURING THE FIRST PART OF THE PRESS CONFERENCE)

MILANELLO - Today at the Milanello sporting center a press conference was held to present the 'Fifa Club World Cup Japan 2007' to which Milan will take part between 7 and 16 December 2007 in Yokohama, Japan. The conference saw the participation of Leonardo, Paolo Maldini, Filippo Inzaghi, here is what they said:

LEONARDO:

"For Milan this world-class competition represents a lot. It's always been an important tournament because it elects the World Champion club. For our club, in the last few years, it's a truly prestigious objective because it allows the club itself and the players to position themselves on a platform of worldwide recognition.
All teams who are participating have a certain weight in the history of football. Boca Juniors and Milan are prestigious teams, they have the advantage of participating straight from the semi-finals, but there are several new rules and sometimes the unpredictable can happen and one of these teams can get knocked out.
There will be teams of great tradition like Milan and the South American teams.
I've been in Japan two years, and I know the Urawa Red Diamonds well, they'll have the advantage of playing at home, they are a step away from winning their league and I think we will find a team very motivated to take part in such a prestigious tournament. They have ten Japanese internationals in their squad and at the moment they are the most important team in Japan.

PAOLO MALDINI

"We are very proud to participate in the Club World Cup. It's the first time we play it with this new formula which I think is more difficult than the previous one. Fortunately we will have the chance the get used to the time difference and the rhythm of Japanese life.
On a physical level I think the team arrive in Japan at the best possible time.
Personally I remember the finals I've already played: the first time we went to play it without being fully aware of the importance of this Cup, we only realised it after we won. The last three, instead, still hurt. The first one, against San Paolo, we lost after having played at the same level as them. In the last two we went home with a sour taste because we were not inferior and we really wanted to do well."

INZAGHI:

"Personally I participated only once to this competition, against Boca Juniors. It didn't go well, but this time it will be nice to be in Japan to have the opportunity to play against several teams and that's why Milan positioned this Club World Cup in first place on their objectives after the successes of Athens and Montecarlo.
But we always tried to give our best in the league and the Champions League, where currently we are top of our group. We have been preparing for the Club World Cup trying to give our maximum in every game played until now, then when we'll arrive in Japan in December the objective will be to bring home this Cup which this group are still missing."

OUR EXPECTATIONS

The second part of the press conference to present the 'Fifa World Cup Japan 2007' saw Coach Carlo Ancelotti, Clarence Seedorf and Massimo Ambrosini take the word.

Here are the declarations made by Coach Carlo Ancelotti, Clarence Seedorf and Massimo Ambrosini in the second part of the press conference to present the 'Fifa Club World Cup Japan 2007'

ANCELOTTI

"For this Club World Cup we have great motivation because we still remember the defeat in 2003 well. We have a great will to reclaim this Cup and we will do all we can to make it happen. We want to arrive at this appointment in the best condition possible.
Certainly it won't be easy because we will be facing a Japanese team who won't have to deal with jet-lag like us and the crowd will be on their side. We will have to be very careful in the first match as well as the second. This year we will have a week to prepare the first match and find the right condition.
Ronaldo will use the matches that precede the World Cup to find the best condition and then give his contribution in Japan. With his return this team can afford to play with two strikers in every match.
For this group it will be important to keep this cycle of victories alive and every single victory is useful for it to continue. It's always useful to set objectives. After the victory in Athens our cycle was reinforced and we are all convinced it can continue."

SEEDORF:

"It will be nice to play for this trophy again because the last defeat still hurt. This team remains capable of doing great things and I'm very anxious about living this adventure. The Club World Cup aside, we consider all games important, they all have to be played and won and each game can influence the season. I still remember the words said by our coach last season when he said even the last two games in the league could be important to reach fourth place in the standings. We'll play every match to do well and to win.
This Cup is truly important for what this group has done in the last five years. We've always been competitive both in the league and the Champions League."

AMBROSINI:

"This new formula adds a bit of value to the competition compared to a single encounter. This way we'll also have more time to get used to the Japanese time.
On our return from Japan the league position won't be important because we will be missing a few matches that will be postponed. We only have to concentrate on match after match."
