I just upgraded my account to Premium For Life with Platinum status! I had been using this site for a while and absolutely loved it. When I decided to officially join, the streamlining of my downloading experience was nothing short of fantastic!! I'm still learning to navigate the site, but I intend to make the most of it. Thank you to the developers and to all the members who have assisted me in my requests.

Just signed up again after about a year. Should have re-subscribed back then! It is a great service and those little blue down arrows make life so much easier. Definitely will not let my subscription lapse again!

Any idea why premium links seem to be expiring faster now? For example, all four premium links for the new Jack Reacher audiobook are expired/not working and they were just posted 4 days ago. It seems like I haven't been able to download anything via premium in the last few months and I have to resort to the "normal", slow downloads.

Premium links don't expire, the files are fetched from the filehosts. So if the link is still alive on the filehost, Premium should work. Were you referring to this release: viewtopic.php?f=124&t=4551399 ? I tried all four links and all of them downloaded fine with Premium.

Dropgalaxy is returning a garbage file when you use the premium download and the file does not exist any longer on dropgalaxy.

Super annoying. You set up a hundreds meg file to dosn'oad and assuming the premium downloaded is getting the file and you get back a 1k garbage file when you check back a couple hours later. Not all of us have ultra high speed so we need to do such, set it up to down'lsd and wait,

Also super annoying for those who can’t see trying to figure out why the file you downloaded with premium isn’t working as it should,

This happens when the file you're trying to download has expired/been deleted. Click on the link in your example and you'll see the error at the top.

I had premium before and I have just upgraded to the lifetime option. Like everything else on here, it works well and is very fair (my previous premium membership was deducted from the lifetime cost. Very fair!!) Love the instant download without having to jump through all the upload site obstacles.

Upload.dev keeps giving error of javascript exception. No matter what thread I try from. Premium. No ad blocker is present and still I keep getting it.
