How to upload

This is probably not the place to ask, but I've looked all over the site and can't find the answer. I have an ebook that has been requested, but I can't figure out how to upload it. Is there a FAQ somewhere that explains how to do it?

Well in that case you just need a file host like dailyuploads or zippyshare.
Upload the book and copy the url link, then paste in messages
