Hi guys:

Just very recently, ebook.farm and knol.pw are redirecting to bookzz.org. Is the site still alive?

No problems at all for me, and credits are given almost immediately.
Just once I had to wait about 6-7 hours and I wrote to support, they told me that those were night hours for them.

Have had few problems with them, either before or after they changed URLs. There will be the occasional glitch at login, but I suspect that's related to site updates they may be doing.

Beyond that, they've been great to me. Quick, friendly responses to requests and to any reports I've sent in about poor quality copies of books. (They've zapped those bad copies surprisingly fast.)

Like anywhere, you get what you give. Courteous and friendly support queries beget courteous and friendly responses.

Working fine, requests being done fast (well the cheaper ones are faster as usual) when I use amazon ASIN numbers

Aside: seems registration is open again after a few months, I would be quick this doesn't usually last.

The service of the site is excellent - books you want you are getting in few hours. I recommend you this site very hard. Even working in European hours. you will not regret this. Join is must if you love books.

Sure, sometimes your requests are filled in a day or two. But just as often, you request books and they sit in the requests tab, ignored.
For example, 4 of the books I requested were filled in less then two days - however, I still have 5 books in requests that have been waiting over a week now. One of my requests vanished off my request list without being filled, and I had to re-add it. There's also no way to know if the requests are being worked on or if they will sit in requests forever and you should just give up on waiting and buy them at retail yourself.
So for me, they're filling less then 50% of the books I request, and there's no way to know if they requests I have made will ever show up.

It's a great site and I'm super happy I joined, but to make it sound like you will get every book you request just isn't true.
