Is it possible to create a true pdf file from a non-true pdf? if so what software should be used?
Not possible. True PDF files are digitally created by the publishers, the larger size depending mostly on the images used. It is possible to compress PDF files to make them smaller, as some do with non-true copies if they come out too large, but we do not allow compressed True PDF files.
