i have never posted in here, so excuse me if i do something wrong, my problem is , i am downloading epub books and sending to kindle,, never had a problem with mobi files going to kindle , but now that amazon have changed the format to epub, this is what im using. but every couple of books are showing an ’. where the appostrophie should be, now its starting to annoy me, and im trying to find a way to fix it. has anyone else seen this and fixed it,, ty for anyones help i think i have found a work around for this,, if anyone needs it https://kindle-epub-fix.netlify.app/
My Send-to-Kindle app still shows "the file type is not supported". How have you been sending it?

Most of us know about Calibre; it's pretty much the standard. This topic is about the Send-to-Kindle app and its acceptance of native .epub.
I wonder if it has to do with the desktop app vs. Android/iOS vs. web app?

Calibre has an old, but useful, plug in that may solve the OP's issue: “Encode HTML in UTF-8” option https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=154371

If you hit the drop-down arrow next to the added file you can change the title and add an author’s name for each file.
