So where do you most of you save your ebooks you download. I of course keep all of them on my nook. I also keep them saved on my computer and a flashdrive as a backup.

I find it slows down my kindle to keep too many. I have less than 100 on it, the rest on my computer

I use a 4GB Micro SD card in my beloved Nook and it nicely handles all 1,300 of my unread books.
My main library is on my PC and I run everything through Calibre as I am a bit obsessive about tagging, art, etc.
My back-up is on Dropbox so my kids can borrow as they wish.

Sugarsync (5GB), MiMedia (7GB) and Bitcasa (10GB). All have sync programs to mirror changes. I no longer use Sugarsync since I have more than 5GB of ebooks. I'm also in the waiting list for a free zoolz.com account (100GB). I've tried various other services but most only offer 5GB which is too little. 4sync has 15GB but the sync software is a bit buggy. Mega offers 50GB but doesn't have a sync program.
I also use a great little tool called Synctoy by Microsoft to back up my collection to 5 separate external hard-drives.

I have over 8000 eBooks in my library and thanks to my WD External Hard Drive I'm able to store them all in one neat place

Well, I learned my lesson after my house was almost destroyed by Superstorm Sandy ... I lost almost 30G worth of mostly ebooks that were store on my external HD and main PC. Once I get some of my collection back it's going to be backed up in the cloud ... I just wished I thought of it sooner.
