Started rereading Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes after picking up a two volume complete collection recently. I didn't realise that there were a number of Holmes stories I have not seen before and thought if I'm going to read them I might as well read the rest as well.

I just started reading The Fade by Chris Wooding. Didn't want to invest time in his longer Tales of the Ketty Jay series and I thought a stand-alone novel would be a better introduction.

I've now started Luna: New Moon by Ian McDonald, my first novel by him and which I hope will give me the hard sf fix I've been craving lately. Also just finished The King's Justice: Two Novellas by Stephen R. Donaldson, which I thoroughly enjoyed (despite one of the novellas being written in the omniscient present tense, not a perspective I easily gel with).
