I loved the Broken Earth Trilogy Series - 1 The Fifth Season (2015) 2 The Obelisk Gate (2016) 3 The Stone Sky (2017)
It totally moved me, and was much better than I ever expected it to be, once you get through the first chapter.

Mc Master Bujold - Vorkosigan saga

Discworld series by Terry Pratchett. Not a bad book in the whole series, a remarkable achievement.
The Elric novels by Moorcock
The Lankhmar novels by Fritz Leiber.

All of these I can go back to time and again,no problem at all. Proof that a book does not need to be a thousand pages in length to be considered epic.

Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost.
Wraith Kings series by Grace Draven.
Chronicles of the Warlands by Elizabeth Vaughan.
