a programm, that records voice incoming directly on the phone/memory. got this for my symbian, but didnt found it for wm2005, only sms answering

Strange, for Symbian there were planty of programs for answer. machine... ???

what you are asking for can be done with a program called magicall. Or the many other similar apps.
Use the search feature to find them.
