i installed wisbar advance on my storage card and i needed to uninstall it inorder to reinstall the program to my main memory storage. unfortunately it did not successfully deleted or removed all the files on the wisbar advance folder or directory. it comes up with an error message saying
"Uninstall unsuccessful. The program was not removed because these files are in use or are read-only." The two files that it was referring to were 'lrgwesex.dll, 'lrshellex.dll.
It also said to go to Running Programs and click Stop All but the button is greyed out. I tried to delete the wisbar advance folder using resco explorer but it failed to delete. An error message came up too saying Cannot delete file 'lrgwesex.dll, 'lrshellex.dll. The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.''
Now what should i do to totally remove these two dll files?
