hi, i now run vista as my main os.....my problem is i got a older pocket pc 2002 pocket pc that i use from time to time.....i normally use active sync in xp.... but now where i run vista....is there anyway to do it?

you need mobile device center 6 and you can download it on the microsoft site

they dont call it active sunc anymore (for vista)

but...i tried the new mobile thing..... and it says my device is not supported..... it says only 2003 and up...and my pocket pc runs 2002 pro...... what can i do?, thxs, shawn

i think that the 2002 os is too old for vista, sorry.

then....all i use to do is download software on it..... is there another way (the pda doens't have wifi)...i was thinking about using vmware for xp in vista....but i really don't want to use it...i was told theres loads of programs for linux that will sync with pda....so i wonder if u cna use them on windows vista?....

update:.... i can see the memory card and internal memory of my pocket pc in vista...anyway i can just install programs that way?,thxs, shawn
