i have got i mate jasjar
i installed pocket linga and oxford dictionaries bundle v 1.0 and installed them with there crack
but then i unistalled them toinstall new versions,but they icon is not disappearing from the programs although i ve removed there folder from program file,neither can i install newer versions nor the same ones as a message comes saying that error occured reinstall and try again
plz help

it seems that those applications are not uninstalled completely and something wrong had happened such as performing uninstall while they are still running. so always make sure the program is not running by going to Settings\System tab\Memory\Running Programs and stop the appropriate application before uninstalling.

anyhow to remove those icons from the programs list, you have to use any file explorer and navigate to Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete them manually.

and since you can't install them again, it's still some traces of them on your system. in this case, you can use a registry editor and search for any relevant registry key and value and then remove them manually but there may be some unknown files in your windows directory that may prevent you to install them so you may have to look for them as well.

iac, if you don't have enough experience it's not recommended to change registry and system folders manually because it may stop your device from working. so if you have not too many personal data on your device yet, hard reset is the best and easiest but the last solution. it's all up to you.
