SpaceTime is probably the best option as a graphic calculator replacement. It has very advanced features such as 2D/3D plots and symbolic computation. This is the one I use most of the time, it is very intuitive and has some great tutorials so you can use it quickly.

Math Tablet is more like a replacement for Matlab (on PC) : it is designed to perform heavy computation. The interface is less intuitive I think, and it has no default symbolic computation (though you can add it). However, the real strength of Math Tablet is its scripting module : you can write little programs for the computations that you perform regularly. For instance, you can write a script that plots Bode Diagrams, or Nyquist Diagrams or anything else. But you will probably need some time before you can write your own scripts.
