Hi, i own a cingular 8525 and recently upgraded to wm6. However, whenever i connect my phone to my pc using a usb wire, it connects for a split second and gives my this double sound... and it never syncs with active sync. What could be the problem? Also, when i try to manually connect the device, it says device not detected... i know it's not a bad port because i've tried in several usb ports.

could it be a problem with the wm6 rom you are using. some of them have issues. have you tried sync'ing using alternate methods?

what are some alternate methods?
