Hey, this is just a little tip I've got from experience with my PPC.
When you've downloaded a program and you run it on your PC (not your PPC), and it says " is not a valid win32 application", I've found that every time it's not an installer, just a raw exe that runs on your PPC. So if you come across such a thing, just copy it to your PocketPC and run it from there.
