all registry editors are quite similar to each other and there are just some differences in the user interface or some menu items. however if you have not enough experience, it's not recommended to change the registry settings manually. you may already use tweaking tools such as HTweakC, EasyTweak, SKTools or Tweaks2k2 .NET to perform some useful registry changes.
