I've worked with registry cleaning apps, that's easy, but never before with a registry editor, since people say this can be tricky. So, what registry editor would you advise me to use, that is simple and easy to use?

all registry editors are quite similar to each other and there are just some differences in the user interface or some menu items. however if you have not enough experience, it's not recommended to change the registry settings manually. you may already use tweaking tools such as HTweakC, EasyTweak, SKTools or Tweaks2k2 .NET to perform some useful registry changes.
