HI...i was using Sony Ericsson W700i before and i had taken the backup of my contacts and SMS using My Phone Explorer software.Now i want to restore that backup taken from my SE W700i into my I-Mate K Jam.I wana know how to make it possible now without any data loss??
Plz reply bcoz i had very important stuff in that backup files and i dont wana loss anything....Regards...

You would need a software that's able to read the back-up file format of the SE. You can't just take that file and place it on your device and expect everything to be there. I don't think there is a program for this (there is one for Palm to PPC, but not SE to PPC from what i've seen) so you'd probably have to readd everything again unless you can beam the contacts/sms through bluetooth.
