i think you are pointing to Pocket Hack Master, since Power Hack is a PalmOS application and is not related to overclocking.

and make sure to give attention to this warning:

It is highly recommended to fully backup your device before configuring Pocket Hack Master speed settings. A full backup will take less than 5 minutes and will help you restore your device in case you attempt to apply a speed setting that is not stable. In case your device locks up during speed configuration try a soft reset. If that does not help your only option will be restoring from the backup.

and about overclocking, it is the process of forcing CPU to run at a higher clock rate than it was designed for or was designated by the manufacturer. overclocking boosts the performance of your device by increasing clock frequencies, which requires certain precautions.

XCPUScalar is another overclocking tool, the latest version (v3.03) is available here: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=26060

please note that wrong speed configuration makes your device unstable and sometimes you have to perform a hard reset to recover your device at the price of loosing your precious files, data and installed applications.

Thanks for the reply =) oyeah do you ever played playstation game using the fpsce? I heard that some people can play the game fast(commonly lots of the game will run slow) because they use overclocking, do you ever tried that?

both of them are popular, strong and reliable tools but XCPUScalar is more compatible and easier to configure. however if you follow the step-by-step guide to configure Pocket Hack Master, you'll get a better overview on overclocking and its related settings.
you can test both of them (one by one, not at the same time) and see which one fits your needs.

also i've never used emulators but overclocking increases your device speed and as a major effect, you will notice significant improvement in frame rate and as a result the games will run faster and smoother.
