Best task manager?

What is the best task manager to quickly switch from app to app and close them on the go? SmallMenu Plus looks great, anything better?

isnt there a separate TaskManager from Ilauncher, that runs even if you dont have today ilauncher activated?

I also love the ilaunchers taskmanager...
