yes there are.
A usefull app that I use is nautical calculator; it gives youall the pertinent calculations you need.
there are gps nautical appz, but I have never tried them myself since my boat has all the gps related gear that is needed, so i couldnt tell you if id reccommend them. sorry.

Try this one buddy. it's tested with Greek map on Eten X500 and works just fine
