As you can see:



the standard battery icon is replaced by another one that display - as a number - the percentage of battery charge, instead of the usual vertical bars.

It's a feature of the firmware of that particular kind of PocketPC Phone.

Anybody knows a software capable of realize that feature?

That sort of battery icon has to be cooked into the roms before flashing to the device. It isn't something you can do easily and unless you know what you're doing I wouldn't play with it. Not sure which phone you're on but being that its WM6 if you're using the Titan, Mogul or PPC6800 (all the same phone) it has been unlocked but nothing has come out yet so you're not going to get that battery icon just yet.
