I need a software that can determine or read a card ID(such as SD card) that inserted into a PPC or PC. So a proper unlock code be added to it. Please recommend it, or create one for me.

I find that SKtools's Storage card function can read SD card id for me. This is for PPC.
AnyonE know a PC program that can do the same(read the id from a card reader)?
