try SKB SMS Manager. not tested, but developers have claimed in an uncertain way that it has the ability to filter MMS messages as well.

I don't think that this is a feature of current version...

Well, the interface is... simple.
This app "lock" (hide) a previous existing MMS so it can't be seen on the mobile.

It's not able to, for example, create a list with a numer and automagically hide the MMS/SMS of the contact on the mobile.

What a pity...
