Umm... stright to the point...

I can't turn on my D818 Pro's bluetooth when I tap on new device, it searches for awhile but a message showed up n says "Bluetooth hardware problem"

I thought upgrading my ROM would end the problem (WM 5 to WM 6)

The blue LED that indicates bluetooth is turned on for a while. But i've tried to search with other phones, it doesn't showed up.


What do guys think the problem is?

Upgrading the ROM might do the trick. If you can't do that, then just do a hard reset. If that doesn't fix the problem, then it's probably a hardware malfunction.

sometimes it could be that you are not preping your bt right; getting it ready to be recognized by the phone.

so another suggestion could be to make sure the Bluetooth is ready to be paired.

If thats done and its still not working, then relook at kareems post.
