I think Thunderhawk is the best, with its special font for being able to see all the webpage without scrolling bars on your PPC

I have been a happy user of PIE with PIE Plus 2.1, but now I see I might need Java, so as to open some links.

Donno if Netfront or Opera do the job. Anyone can tell?

Netfront can handle java. Eg, rapidshare or 4shared... I think it's a better browser, but still not quite perfect.

I wasn't as impressed with opera.. but some ppl like it more for some reason. opera doesn't support java.

I'm trying Netfront at the moment, and see it handles Java.

Yet I find it a bit slow to launch and the structure not too appealing. Maybe it's a matter of getting used to it.

I wish PIE Plus had the ability to handle Java.

My vote is for netfront. Opera is a little faster on mu Axim X50v but often renders the page wrong and overlaps fonts on large pages when scrolled.

I have serious problems with netfront when it comes to accessing the WLAN at the university. I think the page I access to log on there only opens if you have IE 5 or later so I need a browser that can pretend to be IE to get there. My friend has Opera and it works for him so I am going to try it out. :)

However after I log on I should still be able to use any browser I want. Muhahaha. :P

I've stuck with PIE and Reensoft's Pie+. I also use a custom CSS to format pages to fit better and remove small ad buttons and such.

I found how it is done. if anyone else is curious have a look here:

Follow the instructions given on that page though, do not go to the page the last post suggest because that line did not at all work on mine. The line used on the board (Mozilla/4.0 (Compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0/5.0) Opera 8.60) worked beautifully. :)
