If it is possible on iPhone, could it be possible with any touchscreen phone?
It would be fun if one uses for example Touchflo and programs software just like seen on video.

it would be possible...but there would need to be video acceleration drivers (for phones/chips that have gfx functions) and a better touch screen API
windows mobile right now currently does not have those...so
