I have a GPS witch i have unlocked WinCE 4.2 NET and it works. The problem is that i have problems to install many apps, on it. Some works but most of them not.
The unit doesnt use Active Sync. When i conect it to the PC it comes as an external disk.
It seams that the OP isnt complete and it needs dll-files, ini-files and so on.
I am not so good at this so i wonder if there is a pack that fix the whole OP instead.
I have GAPI installed and have tried other packs but still i often get "this isnt a win*** software" but it is...

Programs i would like to install is:
Fugawi PPC, Kartex, Some kind of organizer, Some games, A fingerfriendly mediaplayer (so i dont need stylys)

Programs i have managed to install:
Tomtom6, Destinator7, iGO8, Miomap, Oziexplorer PPC...

The unit is the same as: Teletype Worldnav 3100

but here in Sweden it has a diffrent software. Uses Destinator6. Works realy great and im very sattisfied with the hardware since it is Wery! cheap here..

Would be great if some pack fix the whole OP. Thanks in advance...
