i search a piece of software which pings a server in adjustable periods of time.
when a packet gets an error (offline or something else) it should get me an error e.g. playing a wav or mp3 file.

small as possible and working in the background.

only this need is requested, anything else would be luxury.

does anyone know some kind of software?

yhea...
i tried all of them but thanks by the way.
the problem is none of this tools gets me a sound file or will work in background for checking my servers constantly.
