I see on the screenshot for the release of XCPUScalar there is this picture :

I noticed the custom Start menu that looks like XP, how Do I get this?
I have searched the "Today Screen" forum but was not able to find it.

First off, you have to provide the full url in order for us to see the picture. Secon of all, i'm pretty sure what you're looking for is Wisbar Advance. It has many skins like XP, Vista, etc.

Yes, you should be able to get it with wisbar advance 3 and the XP skin.
