I've been experiencing a problem on my PPC Wizard.

Some months ago, I've been installing lots of programs on my device. Like InClose, Spb Pocket Plus, Spb Phone Suite. And uninstaled all it again 'cuz after that, I noticed that my connection strenght has become lower, and sometimes I can't receive Calls and SMS in time. and the signal strenght display only one trace and sometimes none. And the G icon of GPRS desapears also. I have to sadly send messages to myself to receive pending messages Already tryed Soft & Hard Reset and the problem continues.

It could be something related to the installation of the programs before?

Of course it already fell and could be a hardware problem also, but I noticed as soon as I installed it, and before it fell.

Can someone help me? Is there any program that could increase the signal?

the hard reset shouldve done it.
sometimes signals com and go. so if you noticed it before you dropped it, that couldve meant that you were in one of those ebbs and flows.
dropping it could mess it up. that could be the problem.

have you flashed your phone, cause that could also be a problem.

finally, try flashing your phone, if you havent already, and play around with radios.
